01
What AI Really Means for YOUR Business
AI isn’t just a tech trend — it’s a supportive tool that works alongside you. Let’s get clear on what it actually means for someone like you.
73%
of small businesses using AI report saving 5+ hours a week
2×
faster lead response — leads answered in 5 min convert 8× more
$0
to start — most AI tools have free plans powerful enough to begin
AI = Access
Capabilities that used to cost $100K a year in staff are now within reach — AI helps level the playing field for small business.
AI = Time Back
Every task AI supports is time you reclaim — time to grow, to serve clients better, or to just breathe.
AI = More Revenue
Faster follow-up, fewer missed calls, smoother booking — real dollars that used to fall through the cracks.
AI = Peace of Mind
When AI supports you around the clock, you stop worrying about what’s slipping. Your business keeps moving — with you still in the driver’s seat.
◆Before today, what did you think AI was? (Be honest!)
◆What’s ONE way AI could support YOUR business specifically?
◆What’s your biggest fear or hesitation about using AI?
02
The Time Drain Audit
Before you bring AI in to assist, you need to know what’s costing you the most time. Be honest — this is just for you.
The goal of AI isn’t to replace you — it’s to give you back the hours you’re spending on things that don’t actually need YOU.
1.Task I spend the most time on (and kind of hate)
2.Task that constantly falls through the cracks
3.Task I wish I could clone myself to handle
◆If AI could take ONE thing off your plate starting tomorrow — which would it be?
03
How Well Does Your AI Know You?
AI is only as helpful as what you share with it. Take this audit — then learn how to make AI work 10× harder for you.
ChatGPT and Gemini don’t automatically know who you are, what you sell, or how you speak. Every time you start a new chat without context, you’re starting from zero. The fix? Give AI the same onboarding you’d give a great new team member.
AI Knowledge Audit — mark Yes or Not Yet
Your business name, type of business, and what you sell
Who your ideal client is and their biggest problem
Your tone, personality, and how you naturally communicate
Your pricing, services, and how clients typically work with you
Your brand values, mission, and what makes you different
Your content pillars, FAQs, and how you handle objections
✐Write your “AI Context Block” — paste this into every new chat session:
Tip: Include your name, business name, what you do, who you serve, your tone, pricing, and what makes you different. The clearer the context, the better AI can support you.
◆What’s one thing about you that AI would never guess but needs to know?
04

05
Build Your First AI Prompt
Fill in the blanks to create a prompt you can use in ChatGPT today — then watch AI go to work alongside you.
The better you talk to AI, the better AI works for you. A great prompt gives your AI assistant exact instructions — no guessing required. You’re still the boss; you’re just delegating with clarity.
Next step: Paste your completed prompt into ChatGPT, then review the output, tweak it in your voice, and save what works. AI drafts; you direct.
◆What happened when you ran this? What surprised you — and what would you change next time?
06
Brainstorm for Brand Ideation with AI
Your brand is your voice, message, vibe, and story — only YOU can define it. Use AI to brainstorm, draft, and explore ideas, then shape every piece in your own voice.
Most small business owners are their brand — but they’ve never written it down. When you define it clearly and feed it to AI, everything sounds more like YOU. AI is the brainstorming partner; you’re still the originator, the storyteller, and the soul of the brand.
Remember: AI is a brainstorming partner — not a replacement for your originality, voice, or human connection. Use it to spark ideas, then refine in YOUR words.
◆If AI could help you brainstorm ONE piece of brand content right now — what would it be?
07
Meet Your AI-Powered Team
You don’t need to hire 10 people to operate with the support of a team of 10. Meet your new AI staff — supportive tools that work alongside you, available 24/7.
The businesses winning right now aren’t always the biggest — they’re the ones who figured out how to run lean and smart. With AI as a supportive layer, a solo founder can deliver an experience that used to require a full team.

Need help getting your AI team set up and trained? That’s exactly what SMPS Intelligent Systems does — we set it up with you.
◆Which team member would you bring on FIRST — and what’s the first task?

My Automation Wishlist
Dream big. If AI could support ANYTHING in your business, what would be on your list?
You don’t need to know HOW to automate something yet. You just need to know WHAT would change your business. The how is our job.
◆I wish AI could automatically…
◆It would change everything if…
◆I’d love to never have to manually…
◆My biggest time-waster is…
◆If I didn’t have to do this, I could…
◆Which of these, if automated, would directly impact your revenue?
09
My 3 AI Action Steps This Week
You don’t have to implement everything at once. Pick the ONE thing that would make the biggest difference and go all in on that first.
1.By [day], I will… (what tool, what task, what outcome?)
2.I will also…
3.And finally, I commit to…
◆Accountability partner — who are you sharing this with?
◆What does your business look like 6 months from now with AI working alongside you?
Information without action is just entertainment. What are you committing to do in the next 7 days?
★ Your Bonus Suite
Everything You Need to Keep Building
Yours, right now. Three complete guides plus a live strategy call — open any card below to use them.
1
Bonus One
AI Voice Starter Kit
Build a Custom GPT trained on your business — in your voice. No coding required.
▼
1
Open ChatGPT and start a new GPT
Go to chat.openai.com, click “Explore GPTs” in the left sidebar, then “Create.” This requires a ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Business account.
2
Name it something your team will actually use
For example, “[Your Business Name] Assistant.” Keep it simple — this is the name you’ll see every time you open it.
3
Paste in your AI Context Block
Scroll back up to Section 03 and copy the AI Context Block you wrote. Paste it into the GPT’s “Instructions” field — this is what teaches it who you are.
4
Add your top 5–10 FAQs and how you’d answer them
Think about what people ask you most — pricing, hours, services, policies — and write out your preferred answers. Paste them in as a reference list.
5
Give it 2–3 tone examples
Paste in a couple of real emails, captions, or messages you’ve written that sound like YOU. This trains the GPT to match your voice, not a generic one.
6
Test it with 3 real questions
Ask it the same questions a customer or lead would actually ask. Read the answers the way a customer would — does it sound like you? Is anything wrong or outdated?
7
Refine, save, and start using it daily
Adjust the instructions based on what didn’t sound right, then save. Use it for draft replies, social captions, or FAQs — you always review before anything goes out.
Tip: Revisit your GPT’s instructions every few months as your business changes — new services, new pricing, new FAQs. A little upkeep keeps it accurate.
2
Bonus Two
AI Twin Photoshoot Playbook
A repeatable process for generating pro-quality brand photos of yourself.
▼
1
Start with your Photoshoot Brief
Scroll back up to the Visual Brand Twin spotlight and pull your five answers: Vibe, Setting, Outfit, Pose/Activity, and Brand Purpose. The prompt is already assembled for you there.
2
Combine them into one image prompt
One phrase per element, in this order: “A [vibe] photo of a small business owner in [setting], wearing [outfit], [pose/activity], styled for [brand purpose].”
3
Choose your tool
Use an AI image tool that supports a reference photo of you if you want consistent likeness (recommended), or a general image generator if you’re just experimenting first.
4
Generate 3–4 variations
Run the same prompt several times. AI image tools vary each run — you’re choosing the best from a small batch, not expecting the first result to be perfect.
5
Refine before you pick a favorite
If the lighting, expression, or setting is close but not quite right, add one specific correction to your prompt — “softer lighting,” “more natural smile” — and regenerate.
6
Build a simple content bank
Save your favorites into folders by use: Headshots, Social Posts, Ads, Seasonal. Generate a fresh batch every quarter so your visuals stay current.
Reminder: Always disclose AI-generated or AI-enhanced images where platform policy or local regulation requires it, and use a real, recent photo of yourself for anything requiring proof of identity or in-person verification.
3
Bonus Three
27 Done-For-You Prompts
Ready to use in ChatGPT or your Custom GPT. Tap Copy, fill in the brackets, paste it in.
